Some Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Maintains the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa services offered.
- Performs all treatments on service menu based on current certifications.
- Begins and ends all treatments on time.
- Ensures that work areas are clean and set according to procedures.
- Recommends products for home use with minimum service to sales ratio of 25%.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Must maintain all current licenses and certifications that are required on a state and local level.
- Customer service experience preferred, especially in a spa setting.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, efficient and well organized.
- Strong team player and must be able to lift 25lbs.
