An invaluable feature of the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa is that our entire inventory is composed of spacious suites. All of our hotel suites have a separate living room area and a kitchen that is fully equipped for the convenience of our guests. This means our guests can enjoy a home-away-from-home experience during their stay with us. That includes being able to purchase groceries and cook their own meals in the comfort of their suites.
If you decide to purchase groceries during your stay, we would like to suggest a few grocery stores that are located near our resort.
1. Publix at the Sunrise Plaza at 3221 Vineland Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34746.
Publix is a great option if you want to be in and out of the store very quickly. This store is smaller compared to Walmart and Target and the lines at the registers often move at a faster pace. You won’t find as many options for souvenirs and convenience items, but you can enjoy their full-service deli, where you can pick up freshly made sandwiches, salads, and hot meals to go. Don’t forget to visit their pharmacy for all your prescription needs and health essentials. They also offer a wide range of household products, pet supplies, and seasonal items, making them your one-stop shop for everything on your list.
2. Walmart, located 1 mile from our resort at 3250 Vineland Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34746.
This is a 24-hour store, so it’s definitely the most convenient if you are arriving late to Orlando, would like to shop early in the morning, or late at night after your visit to the theme parks. This store is so close that many guests are tempted to walk there. However, if you plan on buying many groceries, we highly suggest that you get a cab or an Uber. The ride will be very inexpensive and you’ll have a much more pleasant experience.
This is a Walmart Supercenter, so you can not only shop for groceries but also shop for souvenirs and any other last-minute items you may need. There are plenty of Disney items you may want to grab ahead of your visit to the theme parks. A few items we suggest:

3. Target located 2.3 miles from us at 4795 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746.
